How can I obtain an autographed item for my organization’s auction or raffle?
To request a donation from the Los Angeles Lakers:

  1. All requests must be received in writing via fax or mail to the address above on the organization’s letterhead at least 6 weeks prior to the event.
  2. Organization or event must be based in Southern California. Priority is given to Los Angeles non-profit organizations.
  3. Requests should include all event details (date of the event, location, the organization’s non-profit tax ID number, contact name, phone number and mailing address, and the purpose or mission statement of the organization)
  4. Please briefly describe of how the money raised will be spent.

All requests are reviewed one month prior to the event date. All requests will be answered in writing two weeks prior to the event. Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we are not able to respond to follow up phone calls or correspondence.

If I send in an item (e.g. basketball, jersey, poster or trading card) can you have a player/ the team sign it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to have such items signed. Should you choose to still send an item, we cannot guarantee your item will be returned and we will not be responsible for lost items.

Can I receive more than one item for my event?
In order to fulfill as many requests as possible, we will only provide one item per organization per calendar year.

I live outside of California. Will you still make a donation to my organization?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests we receive, we will only make donations to organizations in Southern California, and priority is given to Los Angeles non-profit organizations.

How can I request a player/Laker Girl appearance at my event/school?
Please send a written request via fax or mail to the address above on your organization’s letterhead and include the type/nature of your event, the date, time, location, and contact name and phone number. Please be as specific as possible and describe what the player’s role and duties will be during the appearance. Please allow six weeks for your request to be processed. All requests will be answered within two weeks of your event.

How can I receive donated tickets for my nonprofit organization?
The Lakers Youth Foundation has a limited number of tickets designated for group donations throughout the season. Please send a Group Ticket Request form along with a written request via fax or mail to the address above on your organization’s letterhead and include the organization’s non-profit tax ID number, contact name, phone number and mailing address, the purpose or mission statement of the organization, and the number of tickets you are requesting. NOTE: If you are requesting donated tickets for a fundraising event, please follow the regular donation request guidelines, a group ticket request form is not needed. These tickets are to be used to bring a group from your organization to a game and not as individual incentives or prizes
