In-Kind Memorabilia Donations

Each year the Atlanta Hawks receive thousands of in-kind donation requests to support worthwhile charitable causes.

While we make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible, we are simply unable to fulfill them all based on the volume we receive.

Please refer to the guidelines below to see if your organization qualifies.

  • Requests may only be submitted via our online donation request form.
  • All requests must be received at least 4-6 weeks prior to the scheduled event date.
  • Organization must be within the state of Georgia and a 75-mile radius of Philips Arena.
  • The organization must be a charitable, 501(c)3 organization.
  • The organization must be youth-focused with an emphasis on at least one of the following: health, physical fitness, arts, or education.
  • Organizations are limited to one request within a 12-month period.
  • Organizations are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • We do not provide donated items to churches, synagogues or other places of worship.
  • We do not sponsor events.
  • We do not donate to third parties fundraising on behalf of another organization.

Hawks Assist Community Ticket Requests

The Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club is committed to giving back to the community where they live, work and play.

Thanks to the financial commitments from our players, the Hawks Assist Community Ticket Program provides tickets to deserving area youth and non-profit organizations.

Please refer to the guidelines below to see if your organization qualifies.

  • Requests may only be submitted via our online community ticket request form.
  • The organization must be a charitable, 501(c)3 organization.
  • Organization must be within the state of Georgia and a 75-mile radius of Philips Arena.
  • The organization must be youth-focused with an emphasis on at least one of the following: health, physical fitness, arts, or education.
  • We do not provide tickets to churches, synagogues or other places of worship.
  • We do not provide tickets to PTA’s or schools directly. For information about our educational programs, please email schoolprograms@hawks.com.
  • Organizations are limited to one request within a 12-month period.
  • Organizations are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.





Appearance Requests

The Atlanta Hawks organization is committed to being involved in the community and working with organizations that make a positive impact on children in the Atlanta area.

To show their community support beyond the basketball court, the Atlanta Hawks Players, Coaches, Mascots and Cheerleaders value the opportunity to get involved in charitable events throughout Atlanta.

Due to the large number of requests the team receives on a daily basis, the Hawks are only able to accept requests from charitable, nonprofit organizations that directly service clients. The Hawks carefully evaluate each request consistent with our policies and procedures to determine availability within the framework of our schedule. Requests are reviewed and confirmation is provided for appearances we are able to fulfill.

  • The Hawks are only able to accept requests from charitable, nonprofit organizations that are able to provide proof of 501(c)3 status upon request.
  • All requests must be submitted through the online form below with the appropriate fields completed. The Hawks do not accept form letters, faxes, E-mails or requests through the mail.
  • Due to the limited number of appearance opportunities available and the tremendous volume of requests received, it is not possible to fulfill each and every request. To assist us in scheduling appearances, we ask you to submit appearance requests no later than six weeks prior to the event.
  • The Hawks cannot provide regret notices for appearances we cannot attend and event coordinators should only consider their request to be scheduled upon receiving confirmation from the Hawks organization. The Hawks may not be able to confirm participation until one week prior to the event and thus organizations should not base the planning of their event around the Hawks’ participation.
  • If you are also requesting a donation item for your event, it will need to be submitted separately for proper handling. See above, "In-Kind Memorabilia Donations", to request an item.
  • Please note we are no longer accepting faxed or written requests. This online donation request system has been implemented to decrease our carbon footprint and to help protect our environment. We appreciate your support with all new procedures and policies.
