Senior (2007-08): Earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference Second Team (coaches) and Sixth Man of the Year honors after leading Xavier with 12.4 ppg and finishing fourth in the A-10 in free throw percentage (.853). Named to NCAA Tournament West Regional Team, averaging 18.3 points and 5.3 rebounds over four games. Earned MVP honors for each NCAA Tourney win, including a career-high 26-point effort vs. West Virginia. Named A-10 Player of the Week after averaging 19.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in wins over Saint Joseph’s and Charlotte, hitting the game-winning three with 16 seconds left at Charlotte. Hit a school-record 16 straight field goals over three-game stretch vs. SJU, Charlotte and URI. Scored in double figures in 27 games.
Junior (2006-07): Averaged 9.3 points and shot 88 percent from the free throw line. His driving layup with 33 seconds put XU up for good in NCAA First Round win over BYU. Contributed 11 points in NCAA Second Round vs. Ohio State. Recorded 10 points and six rebounds in win over Dayton in the A-10 quarterfinals. Missed four games due to ankle sprain but returned to action with 5.3 ppg and 1.8 rpg in 12.5 mpg over final 10 games. Scored a game-high tying 20 points at St. Joseph’s. Tallied a season-high 25 points vs. Detroit and 23 points vs. American. Recorded a team-high 14 points and a career-high nine rebounds vs. No. 8 Alabama.
Sophomore (2005-06): Named to the Atlantic 10 All-Tournament Team after averaging 11.5 points and 4.5 rebounds. Scored a season-high 20 points and grabbed seven boards in A-10 semifinal win over Fordham, and recorded 10 points and seven rebounds in Championship Game vs. Saint Joseph’s. Averaged 9.1 points and 4.2 rebounds on the season, and shot 85.7 percent from the free throw line.
Freshman (2004-05): Came off the bench to lead Xavier in scoring in three games, including a season-high 18 points in win over URI. Recorded 14 points, including 4-of-5 threes in win over George Washington. Scored 14 points in 17 minutes vs. Lehigh and 13 points in 21 minutes vs. No. 20 Miss State.
Strengths: Mature and consistent performer with a good feel for the game. Likes to spot up from perimeter, and shoots a solid percentage. Physical defender and excellent free throw shooter.
